Hi! I am a small town girl with big dreams. Those dreams include playing college ball and then ultimately becoming a veterinarian, specializing in equine services.
I have played softball since i was seven years old starting on 3rd base. As I advanced to kid pitch i was placed as pitcher since i was the only one able to throw the ball over the plate. I do love pitching and am currently pitching for my schools team. I am 15 and am a Freshman at Joshua High School in Joshua Texas.
I feel I am different from most youth today. Maybe not so much on an athletic level but my attitude and sportsmanship. NEVER do ANYTHING half-way; might as well not do it at all if it's not your best. Thankfully I have been raised to not cry every time a game was lost or an error was made. I had to learn how to lose before I could learn how to win. I feel I am very coach-able. If I do something wrong please instruct me of the right way and I WILL CORRECT it. Lastly, my faith is what sustains me. My faith comes before all because I am second.
The last 2 years in 7-8th grade I was in the National Junior Honor Society. As of now I have all A's in my classes. I love athletics and am aspiring to hold a state title in Shot put for my track team. I won district last year for shot put and second place in discus. District is the highest level Jr. High track goes. Weight lifting is also a very fun activity for me and i am looking forward to becoming stronger not only to help with pitching but as an all around athlete.
In a nutshell I would say I am an "easy going person who loves the Lord, gives her all in everything she does, and loves being an athlete "
