Audry Fleming '20 Recruiting Profile

Thank you for visiting my profile. I am a good candidate for your team because not only am I extremely coachable but I also have the work ethic, personality and character required to be a good leader. I will give 100% every day, every time, no matter what. I am a hard worker, on the field and more importantly in the classroom.  Softball brings out some of the best qualities in me. It show cases my leadership skills, my ability to be a team player and overcome difficulty. I am a great leader, I bring my team up when we are down and when we are winning I keep them motivated and encourage them to keep going. I have learned the value of teamwork, commitment, hard work, sacrifice, leadership and the importance of always looking for ways to improve my skills.

I am looking for an institution where I can find the right balance between the classroom and field. Ideally, my athletic environment would be one where I could make an immediate impact on the team. What I am looking for in a coach, is someone who pushes me to be better than I was yesterday, someone who won’t give up on me and can build on my strengths and weaknesses.

My best position is Center Field, but I can also play any other positions that would help my team. I look forward to graduating college with a degree in Forensic Science, play college softball at a very competitive level & hope to play for the USA softball team or professional softball one day.

Playing in college is a once in a lifetime opportunity that could change my life and make my parents, who have worked so hard in keeping me on track, very happy/proud. I am always working to improve my skills as well as training to get better, stronger and faster. I hope that I will become a great role model to all my peers and those that have been there for me along the way.
