Alexandra(Lexi) Shaw '16 Recruiting Profile

I am a very driven,goal oriented and competitive person and I love the outdoors.I really like the beach and the lake where I go boogie boarding, knee boarding or skiing.I also like to fish and hunting with my dad and brother.  I currently play select softball for the Texas Peppers Gold and am involved in Key Club and volunteering with The Special Olympics. I attend and play softball for Cy-Ranch High School.I have many things I want to accomplish as I get older.I want to have a successful high school sports career and graduate in the top 10% of my class because my grades are very important to me.My goals after high school are to earn a scholarship and play softball in college while majoring in physical therapy and Education. I fell in love with softball the first time I played it and it has taught me many qualities so far in my life,therefore I cannot see myself not being around it and involved in it in some way at the present time.I want to play as long as I can and then use my experiences to eventually coach at the college level.
