"If they are not laughing at your dreams, then their not big enough." - My personal motto. I may not be the fastest, strongest, or most amazing player the coaches want to see, but I guarantee you that I have more heart and sheer will than others. All my life I have been told no, but when it comes to softball, all I see is yes. I know how to fight for what I love and will never back down. My dream has always been to play softball in college and my father always encouraged me to do so. I lost him in May of this year and not my drive for success has shot forward. I will not settle for second best - I will play my heart out for any college that is willing to accept me. During college, I would like to study engineering, focusing mainly around Aerospace Engineering and earn my degree. After college, I plan to join either the United States Navy or United States Marine Corps to fly helicopters.
