Summer 2011Personal Statement
I am a pitcher from Toledo, OR. I am 5 feet and 8 inches tall and weight about 160 lbs. I am going to graduate in 2013. I have been playing softball since I have been 6 years old. It has always been in the back of my mind to play college ball. I have a GPA of 3.83 and currently ranked 3rd in my class. I am normally in the gym or on the field 9 to 10 months out of the year so that I can improve myself. My freshman year I received PacWest 2nd team All League Pitcher and my sophomore/junior years received PacWest 1st team All League Pitcher. My junior year I received All-State Honorable Mention Pitcher. I am open to playing softball for any division as long as I can excel in the classroom and most importantly in the field. I want to be in a program that I can make a big contribution early in my career. My focus is in pitching but I am open to playing anywhere that my skills can be used. I want to attend a college that has an Anthropology major.
