My name is Emma Gordon and I will be a 2017 graduate. I attend Jesuit High School in Portland, OR where the school has high standards and is very competitive. In my freshman year I earned a spot on the varsity softball team and my junior year my team won the 6A State Championship. I think that a combination of my private school education and my love for the strategy and rules of softball have made me want to study criminal justice in college. I have a great respect for authority and trust in the leadership of my teachers and coaches, but I also understand and appreciate that success only comes from hard work, commitment and practice.
My goal is to find a college that will help build my future in academics and athletics and that is the great fit for me.
