Briona Enny '11 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing softball for Queensbury for 5 years and played at least 4 years before playing for my school. I don't want to let the sport go after playing for so long and loving it. As a sophomore I played on Varsity and was awarded 2nd base for the season and had Honorable Mention even though it was a rough season not given the opportunity to hit or pitch. After long hours of working on my hitting and pitching my Junior season I had to prove myself on the pitching mound over a returning senior starting pitcher and became the number 2 batter with the third highest batting average on the team. I was named on the first-team foothills council. I have also played for many travel softball teams for many years. I currently play for the 16U Attack Xtreme, I am the Pitcher, 2nd baseman, and short Stop. I am also the number 2 batter. I am looking for a college where I can make an impact on the team and help in any way possible,I love the sport and am always the first on the field and last one to leave. I am interested in a medium size school, either D2 or D3. I am currently undecided on what I would like to major in. Playing in college has been a goal of mine since I was a little girl and that goal is finally coming true.
