I would like to go to a college that allows me to achieve my goals in athletics as well as academics. With living in a small town surrounded with agricultural, I want to expand on that by majoring in Ag Business but also to continue my love for softball to someday become a softball coach. I would be a good candidate since I have been playing softball since first grade and have always been a team player with the ability to keep a positive attitude through tough games. I am always willing to be a role model to the underclassmen by helping them understand the game. One good characteristic I obtain is that I am able to overcome a bad call or a bad pitch by not letting it get to me for the next play. I obtain good sportsmanship and have high regards towards my past coaches. With being able to be involved in a variety of activities at one time, I have kept my academics up as well. I feel as though academics is very important as well as athletics. Playing sports in college builds character by meeting new people, facing everyday challenges, and being self-disciplined when life throws you curve balls.
