Hope Morrissey '17 Recruiting Profile

Softball always has been a major part of my life, I grew up watching it and when I was four I decided to play it and haven’t stopped since. The softball field has always been a second home to me, I’ve moved 5 times as a kid and softball has been there for me the entire time, I can’t imagine myself not playing in the future. I was on my high school’s JV team for my freshmen and sophomore years, I was captain my sophomore year and spent that season improving my self in order to make varsity my junior year, which I did. This season so far I moved from being a courtesy runner for our pitcher to being a table setter batting second in the lineup as well as securing a spot in the outfield. I also play for the Livingston Breeze travel team. I am very driven to succeed and I will do everything in my power to be able to play at the next level.
