Tatyana Penn '11 Recruiting Profile

Hello my name is Tatyana Penn. I am a senior at Surrattsville High School in Clinton, Maryland. I have been playing softball for almost six years now. You can refer to me as an athletic scholar. My success in school and on the field is superb. There has never been a time when I have not been on the high honor roll. With an accumulative GPA of 3.8, I am a member of the National Society of High School Scholars and a member of the National Honor Society. I am also the SGA Secretary at my school. My greatest asset in softball has been my ability to learn and play many positions. I have experience playing in the outfield, 2nd base and catcher. I actually pitched one game for my varsity team at Surrattsville. I am presently learning how to improve my pitching skills. I am a switch hitter and I am very fast on the bases. Earning an athletic scholarship, and playing as a freshman in college are my main goals.
