Personal Statement

I aspire to graduate with a business degree from a 4-year college and play softball while attending school.  For the last four school years I have been in the gym at 5:20 a.m. three mornings a week to train with my strength and conditioning team, Will Power.  This team is unlike any other I have participated in, the training is merely a vehicle for the development of a solid value system.  Successes I have already experienced academically and athletically can be attributed to the mental and physical grit, self-discipline, responsibility, integrity, and work ethic I have developed through participation in Will Power.

I have a growth mindset and am eager to learn both in the classroom and on the field.  When faced with challenging situations I seek out and use the resources available to overcome difficulty.  I strive to better my environment, academically, athletically, and socially, by bringing spirit, hustle, clear communication, a positive approach, and precision in my actions.  I aim to leave my environment better than I found it.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
