Personal Statement

I'm a student-athlete and leader. I have a desire to get into a 4 year University to study art and photography and to be an asset to a softball team.

I will bring power to a team as I've had 3 consecutive seasons with double digit home runs (10-20-10). I'm only getting stronger as I've stayed committed to the bigger, faster, and stronger program at Davenport Central. I'm a field general playing catcher and shortstop with an excellent arm, high softball IQ, and field presence.

My desire and dedication are second to none. There is no off season for me. I was, and am, a varsity starter in softball, basketball, volleyball, and soccer while maintaining a 3.8 GPA. I've also been inducted into the National Honor Society - Davenport Central Chapter.

I will exceed all expectations that the teachers and coaches have of me. To "just get by" or "just be on the team" is not good enough for me. I want to stand out and the only way I can do that is to continue attacking the hill. My goal is to be a champion in life.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
