I am an honor roll student with a strong work ethic and am very resilient when facing change. I was selected as a DUKE TIP student for my academics, have received several national presidential fitness awards, made all tournament team at 2016 Future Stars World Series, and have received several STAR student awards from instructors at school. My teachers always comment on my great attitude. I am at heart, a softball player. I have a true love for the game and want to continue to play the game I love at the highest level I can. Though I am a pitcher, I am a very flexible utility player as I have played infield, outfield, and even caught for both my school & travel team. I am a strong contact hitter, and consistent defensively on the mound or in the field. My passion for the game and attitude make me a great teammate as well, as I believe in building others' up not tearing them down. I also have a love for animals, volunteer at the local animal shelter, and am considering veterinary medicine or coaching softball as a career.
