Brittany Ferrell '13 Recruiting Profile

I am a 2013 outiflelder/2nd baseman that is ready for the next level. I am a focused student-athlete, maintaining a .4.0 GPA. I am a left-handed batter which makes me versatile and allows me to take advantage of my different batting styles and use my speed from home to first. I’m a defensive triple threat at the plate because I can effectively drag bunt, slap, or hit for power in the gap. I play outfield and have great tracking ability and speed, but I also play 2nd base which makes me a very versatile player. I have been a starting player on my high school varsity team since my freshman year, and made the 2011 All Region 1st Team. I was also was named Female Athlete of the Week by the Marietta Daily Journal that same year.
