My name is Ashley Mulaik and I am in love with the game of softball. I am an outfielder with great speed and field coverage. While a lot of players complain about having to dive for balls, I ask my coach to challenge me and hit those short pop-ups so I can get dirty and dive. I want to be challenged at every practice so I can become the best player that I can be. At the plate I am a very diverse player because I can bunt, slap, and hit for power. Teams never know what to expect when I am up to bat so I am able to control where the defense plays me. Coaches have described me as extremely hard working and a player that is willing to go the extra mile. I will go to the batting cages for an hour even after a 3 hour long practice on a Saturday. I hope to play softball at the college level very competitively and earn a degree in Business or Pre-Law at a very challenging academic school.
