Katherine Lancaster '12 Recruiting Profile

My names Katherine Taylor Lancaster. Mostly everyone calls me Taylor though. Im 17 years old, and i've been playing softball since i was 8 years old. Im about 5'6 and about 160 pounds. I'm pretty fast for my weight though. I've definately been recognized by many coaches as a team leader and know I how to handle different situations and pick-up my team when needed. Im very dedicated and I don't quit until the job's finished. Ever since I was asked to go on a trip to meet Jenny finch when I was 9, it's been my dream to play college softball. Honestly, any college is my ideal college. Just to have the opportunity to play college ball is good for me. But if i could, i would chose to stay in Florida. Knowing that, I WILL consider other states. I am considering applying for Financial Aid. I want to go to school to become a COTA (certified occupational therapist assistant) and eventually become an OT (occupational therapist) and one day take over my moms buisness. I really just wanna play ball, and college softball is a dream i hope to make a reality no matter what school i attend.
