At the age of 4, I started playing little league baseball at a nearby field, and have been playing ever since.
At 9, I switched to softball and have been with the same team since then: the Florida Storm-Orlando. With this group I was able to travel and play softball at the highest level.
I am a multi-sports student athlete. In addition to softball, I played Basketball on the school's varsity team as well as Soccer. Both sports have helped me get better with softball. I also started playing Varsity softball since 6th Grade.
I am very competitive and thrive to succeed. I love to win. I learn from the losses . Most of all, I just love to play.
I am self motivated, very determined, hardworking and coachable on and off the field.
I am the player who is always asking for few extra grounders or a couple more hits. When I am not practicing or playing with my team, I work with private trainers. All this extra work helps me develop my skills and build my confidence.
The same applies in the classroom. I work just as hard on my academics and this is reflected in my grades. I am an honor roll student.
I cannot imagine my life without softball. I know I have not reached my potential yet and I know I am only going to get better. My goal is to play at the highest college level. I want to play for a college that will appreciate me as a player and push me to the max.
It is going to take a lot more commitment, sacrifice and investment but I have come this far and I am not stopping now
