My name is Jodie Farnetti. I have been playing softball since age 6, started playing travel ball at age 11 and was pulled up in 7th grade to play with my high school varsity softball team. I am very competitive and push myself to the limit. I also have a lot of perseverance. I am a straight A student. My goal after high school is to attend college and continue my dream of playing softball with thoughts of becoming a certified athletic trainer, but I'm still a bit undecided about my major just yet. I always give 110% and have a super, positive attitude. My best field position is short stop; however, I am very versatile and also catch, play 2nd base and left field. I am also a varsity cheerleader on the football competition squad and will be attending Nationals in Orlando for the second year in February 2014. I love competing.

- West Blocton Lady Tigers placed 3rd in State in class 4A. We lost two games to Curry who ended up winning the state title. Couldn't be prouder of this accomplishment. We are the first team in WB history to get this far.
