My name is Devin Holsonback and I attend high school at Sardis High in Sardis City, AL I am a junior.. I have played varsity softball since I was in the 10th grade. (starting) In that year, my team won county and area and placed second in the regional tournament thus advancing us to state. Our season came to a sad end after we got beat our first two games. We won the most games in our school history. I also have played varsity basketball since my 9th grade year. My number one life goal is to go to a Division 1 college to play the sport that I love, softball. I want to succeed in life a thrive in what I do. I want to learn everything I can about my major and exceed my expectations of a college experience. I would love to teach when I'm older but, I am still undecided about what I may major in. I think that I may be different from other recruits in that I am willing to listen and work to my best abilities to get better and move forward with exceptional progress in this sport. I work hard to maintain a spot on my high school team and would work even harder to earn a spot on a Division 1 softball team! I have never made C on a report card my whole life and I strive to maintain an A/B average in all my classes.
