Growing up, softball played a huge role in my life, leading me to compete at both the high school and collegiate levels. After graduating, I transitioned into coaching, working with athletes at both the high school and college levels. I finished my coaching career as a Division II head coach, where my focus extended beyond improving technical skills. I aimed to enhance their confidence as young adults, mentoring them through their competitive journeys and helping them set and achieve personal goals. Witnessing their growth, both as players and individuals, was immensely rewarding and reinforced my commitment to the sport and to supporting student-athletes.
My career path eventually led me to NCSA, where I am dedicated to guiding student-athletes in finding their ideal college fit. I believe it’s crucial for each athlete to find a school that supports their athletic ambitions while also aligning with their academic goals and personal values. The process of finding this balance can be complex, and I take great pride in helping athletes and their families navigate it. By focusing on both the academic and athletic aspects of their college experience, I strive to ensure they are well-prepared for a fulfilling and successful collegiate career.
In addition to my work at NCSA, I continue to spend a significant amount of time around college athletes, as my husband is a college coach. This ongoing connection to the collegiate sports world keeps me engaged with current trends and challenges, further enriching my ability to support student-athletes in their journeys.
