Sports has been a focal point in my life. Whether it be in my personal development, as a swimmer, and professionally as a coach, sports has always been a passion of mine. I swam competitively in my hometown of Atlanta, GA both at the club and high school levels and later competed at the NJCAA level, earning three All-American awards.

After graduation, I pursued a career as a swim coach. Coaching took me down many paths, both figuratively and literally. Over the span of eight years, I coached swimmers whose ages ranged from 4-26 and whose skill levels ranged from learn-to-swim to competing for their respective countries at major international competitions. The highest honor I achieved as a coach was earning the CSCAA Jean Freeman Scholarship. This is awarded to six college coaches across all divisions yearly and is awarded based on coaches that display leadership skills, integrity, honesty, competitive attitude and personal graciousness that epitomizes those characteristics reflected by Jean Freeman.

My favorite part of working with NCSA is having the ability to assist families that need additional support in the recruiting process. As a former athlete and college coach, I understand how stressful and overwhelming the recruiting process can be. I am happy to help in any way that I can to ensure that the recruitment process is simplified and more manageable!
