I am a certified Personal Trainer with ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association). My studies are focused on healthy lifestyles and nutrition. I am also a certified SAIL (Stay Active and Independent for Life) Instructor for the elderly community. Teaching simple, yet important daily activities to help prevent falls.

Being a mom of three boys, my home was the mecca for all backyard sports in the neighborhood throughout the elementary, middle and high school years. I became the official referee, medical staff and snack provider. I was proud to hold their hands (metaphorically and literally) through all the school and club, games, championships, playoffs and any other event. Through the wins and the and losses. I fully understand the dedication and hard work these young athletes put into being great at their sport and all while maintain their academic studies. As a parent, I have experienced the recruiting process, both with the aid of a Recruiting specialist and on my own.

The most rewarding thing about working for NCSA is that I am a part of the process that guides student athletes and their parents/guardians toward a bright and positive future while allowing them to play the sports they enjoy.
I currently live in the western part of middle Tennessee with my boyfriend, Paul and our 2 dogs Lola and Oscar.

When I am not working, I volunteer my time instructing SAIL classes at a few of the local churches and community centers. I enjoy photography and visiting the zoo. But, most of all, I enjoy hanging out with my grandkids.
