Winning with dedicated effort! This is not only my motto for my players as a coach but for myself personally and professionally. I am originally from Altoona, Wisconsin. I played a wide variety of sports growing up, playing football, basketball and baseball in high school. Athletics play such a vital role in my life, at a young age it was the driving factor and motivator for me. Athletics is what help shaped me into the person I am today, teamwork, personal responsibility and character are just some of the amazing elements that being involved in athletics will help develop.
I received my bachelor’s degree from Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, TN and went on to earn my masters in Coaching & Athletic Administration from Concordia University – Irvine. I was able to work at the collegiate D1 level with my alma mater Austin Peay in the athletic department. I have also been involved with athletics through coaching at the youth levels in soccer and basketball. I have been a club and competitive travel soccer coach since 2013, earning my licenses through US Soccer Federation.
This passion for youth development is what brought me to NCSA. The best part about working for NCSA is knowing that we are making a difference in the lives of student-athletes and their families. I love having the opportunity to talk to student-athletes and their families about sports all day. NCSA is a company I really believe in and I am so excited to work for them. Outside of NCSA, my wife (Amber) and I stay busying cheering on our kids. My son (Prestyn) is a busy soccer, basketball and flag football player, my daughter (Ella) is a competitive dancer. Being from Wisconsin I am a diehard Green Bay Packers fan.
