After coaching men’s and women’s water polo for 4 1/2 years at Gannon University where I saw great success, and receiving my Masters degree in May from Gannon, I chose to branch out and see what other opportunities there were that would allow me to be more present and available for my family. You only get one chance to watch your kids grow up, and the flexible schedule that NCSA provides the recruiting coaches allows me to be there more for my family while also giving me the opportunity to have a challenging, rewarding, and growth oriented job where the sky is the limit.
