I was born in London England and moved to the US when I was 7. I grew up wathing any sport that I could find on TV and fell in love with rugby and football in particular. I played both sports from grade school all the way through high school and really wanted to pursue one of them into college. But being the first one in my family to attend an American university my family and I struggled with figuring out the application process alone leaving very little time to figure out how I could continue to pursue my sports career. I ended up playing on the club rugby team at the University of Minnesote for 4 years and our team made it to Nationals my Sophomore year. I loved playing on the club team but I always wondered if I was good enough to have played football somewhere if I had only understood the recruiting process. I thought in order to play at the next level coaches would seek you out if you were good enogh and didn’t realize there were tools out there to be able to showcase your talent to get you noticed. Working for NCSA I now get the chance to help kids who may be in the same boat. NCSA can help simplifly all the steps you have to take and will also help families make sure their son or daughter is attending the right school for them. Making sure these Student atheles aren’t missing out on a golden opportunoity is what drives me.
