I attended the University of Alabama Birmingham (UAB). I received a Social Science degree (Psychology) and played football. I am an ex-coach and I have over 20 years of coaching experience. I have coached three sports on the high school level (Football, Basketball, TracK). Two of which I was the Head coach. I have also coach football collegiately at Tennessee Tech University and UAB (University of Alabama Birmingham).

I started with NCSA in 2013 as a Head Scout and am now The Direct of Regional Recruiting. I have the honor of traveling the US educating student athletes and parents on the recruiting process. The most rewarding part of working for NCSA is that I get to connect with families and guide the families in the right direction. Another favorite part of working with NCSA is not only having that connection with families but continuing the relationships with my colleagues on every level from college to high school. My goal is to help as many student athletes as possible finish four years with a DEGREE and a ZERO balance.
