My name is Rebecca Youngs and I am a registered and licensed dietitian. I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics as well as my Master of Science degree in Human Nutrition from The Ohio State University. I worked previously within collegiate athletics before moving into the clinical realm where I currently work with pediatric patients. In addition, I am the Director of Performance Nutrition for Ohio Premier Soccer Club where I work with athletes of all ages and skill levels including those who want to play soccer at the NCAA Division I, II, and III level. I also work with endurance athletes and a handful of marathoners training for the United States Olympic Marathon Trails every Olympic cycle. I have undergone four hamstring surgeries as well as suffered injuries in college that inspired me to learn how to optimize nutrition for recovery, but also for performance. Working with youth athletes is my specialty and I love equipping athletes with the tools they need to feel and perform their best. In my free time I love to go out for coffee, play with my two dogs, run or lift weights, read, and have a lazy day watching Netflix.
