I attended Cornell College and received my Bachelor’s Degree in Biology & Exercise Science. I was a 2 sport varsity athlete and competed in the sports of Football & Baseball, and I gave wrestling a try for a short period of time. I was also inducted in to the Cornell College Sports Hall of Fame. Shortly after graduation, I attended The University of Illinois – Chicago and earned my Masters Degree in Kinesiology & Sports Management. Sports and competition were a huge part of my college experience.
I spent the majority of my professional career as an Operations Manager in the health club, sports medicine/physical therapy and youth sports performance industries. My former employers include The
Chicago Hilton & Towers, The East Bank Club, Athletico Physical Therapy,, Bo Jackson’s Elite Sports and BEAST Training Academy. I’ve also worked as a Strength & Conditioning Coach for several high school, colleges and Chicago professional teams.
I now work for NCSA because I want to use all my skills and experiences to help student athletes and their families achieve their goal of playing college sports. Helping them understand the recruiting process and support them to identify the right institution, coach and programs to find the right fit is my ultimate goal.
