God, family and sports. These are the things that have directed my life and have inspired me to live with passion and joy. Ever since I was a kid, I had a real love for the game of baseball and desired to play in college. My Catholic faith led me to Ave Maria University in Florida, which was my dream school since I was in the 10thgrade. Unfortunately, Ave Maria did not have a baseball program when I arrived at school my freshman year. To fulfill my dream of playing college baseball, with the guidance of our athletic director, I decided to organize and lead the first-ever Ave Maria Baseball Program. By my senior year, I was the starting first baseman on an Ave Maria baseball team that was ranked 24th in the country and completed in the NAIA National Tournament.
After I graduated, I continued my love for the game as an assistant baseball coach at Ave Maria, followed by a few years of teaching religion to students at a school near Chicago. Recently, my experience and love for sports brought me to NCSA as a recruiting specialist. Each day, I am excited to meet with student-athletes and give them the right guidance to get recruited and achieve their goal of playing collegiate sports. Much like myself, every kid is unique, with a different personality and a different dream. God has a plan for each one of us, and I hope to help each kid find and follow his or hers.
