My favorite part about working at NCSA is that I get to make a difference every day. I’ve always wanted to help people, and now I get to talk to families and walk them through the recruiting process so that their student athlete can get recruited.
I’ve always been good at connecting with people, and I enjoy meeting new people and having interesting conversations, especially if it involves me doing something for them that will make their lives simpler. When I believe I can make a difference or help someone, it all comes naturally and from my heart.
I love the team culture we have at NCSA. It’s impossible not to notice everyone’s contagious energy, which comes primarily from assisting families through what can be an intimidating process. I am determined and energetic, and I am always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that everyone succeeds.
