I came to work for NCSA because I am eager to help student-athletes and their families through the complicated and sometimes arduous process of recruiting and becoming a collegiate student athlete. As a football and lacrosse player in high school, I received little to no help with my recruitment process after gaining interest from a lot of Division II and III programs, which inspires me to help others have a better experience than I had. I was never able to find the right fit socially and academically at any of those schools and never knew how to proactively find that right fit. NCSA is an organization that truly aims to help guide athletes and families through a tough time, determine their goals and help them achieve those goals. That makes me proud to have the opportunity to represent this company. It’s been a pleasure to witness firsthand the impact I have made for families who send student-athletes to top Division I programs all the way down to newer NAIA schools over the past two and a half years. In my college years, I ended up playing MCLA lacrosse at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where we won two GRLC championships and I earned GRLC All-Conference honors twice. I obtained a degree in broadcast journalism during this time. I also served some time as an assistant coach for the program after my four years of eligibility had expired. When I’m not working at NCSA, I love watching college lacrosse, spending time with my family and boating on Lake Michigan!
