I am based in Western PA. I obtained my Bachelors and Masters degree in nutrition and dietetics from Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP). I received my CSSD in 2022. Prior work experience includes, online nutrition coaching for athletes and non-athletes of all ages. I spent time working in the clinical field, gym setting, and in the NFL with the Detroit Lions. I enjoy spending time with my husband and English bulldog, making homemade bread, and various forms of exercise.
