My experience with college sports began when I was a student at the University of Southern Mississippi. As an undergrad, I interned with the USM Athletics gameday operations and got some fantastic experience getting to understand the nature of college sports and more specifically recruiting. In my senior year of college, I accepted another internship with Milligan University in TN for a role in their sports information department. During my time there, I was exposed to numerous different sports and was fortunate enough to be involved in the recruiting process by marketing our athletes once they arrived on campus.

The most rewarding part of working for NCSA is the fact I get to assist student athletes and their families by ensuring they make the best decision in terms of what college or university they want to select. I believe this is not just a 4-year decision but rather a 40-year experience for student athletes regarding the relationships they make and the networks they create along the way.
