Lexis Evans, Mental Performance Coach at NCSA

Lexis Evans, Mental Performance Coach

National University

I joined the IMG Academy+ team after years of working as a mental performance coach at the youth, college, and professional levels. I am experienced in virtual and in person mindset coaching, individual and group settings, as well as working with athletes in a variety of sports. I am best known for my authenticity and creativity in ensuring a lasting impact with my clients.

My love for volleyball led her to a full ride scholarship at Chaminade University where I studied Criminal Justice and Psychology. Unfortunately, due to an ACL/Meniscus injury during my sophomore year, I ended my career early and transferred to the University of Arizona to finish my degree in Psychology and Sociology. My injury played an impactful role in developing my career as it led her to combine my two passions, psychology and sport. This combination helped shape my mission: provide other athletes with the psychological support I lacked during my athletic career.

When I am not coaching, you can find me at the beach, binge-watching shows/movies or getting creative in the kitchen.
