Before coming to NCSA I started off as a H.S Guidance Counselor as I competed post Collegiate qualifying for the Olympic Trials in the Javelin. Post competition I have served as a college coach/professor for over fifteen years having worked at the NCAA division I/III levels and NAIA level. I have had the privilege of working with some outstanding student athletes and colleagues which has been the greatest joy of my career. I have also been fortunate enough to mentor All-Americans, and National Champions, but most importantly help student athletes reach their dreams & goals. Working for the NCSA allows me to continue to pursue my passion of helping even more student athletes achieve their dreams!
