My interest in recruiting started from the time I was a student-athlete as a women’s basketball player at Bradley University.
After college I went from recruited to a recruiter as I coached collegiate women’s basketball for eight years. I coached some phenomenal student athletes and helped lead two programs to a combined four NCAA Sweet Sixteens, four Conference Championships, and four Conference tournament Championships. In 2018 I was selected for a Women’s Basketball Coaches Association Thirty Under 30 award honorees, which recognizes up-and-coming women’s basketball coaches age 30 and under at all levels of the game.
The most rewarding part of working for NCSA is not only working with a great team but most importantly helping families navigate the ever changing recruiting process because I believe the college decision isn’t just a four year decision but a forty (plus) year decision.
