I am a Texas Native, born in the City of Fort Worth. I got a taste of football the 2nd semester of 7th grade at William James Middle School playing outside linebacker. I loved to HIT, not only was it my assignment, it worked great to help blow off some steam as well!

As I transitioned into Polytechnic High School, I picked up baseball and was a great asset to the outfield, however, I grew more of a love for the game of football. After freshman year, I had earned my spot as a 3-year Varsity starter and went on to earn Second Team All District Junior and Senior year. Suddenly, the transition to college was amongst me. Under the pressure of academic testing, financial aid and health concerns, I was far too overwhelmed, unorganized and without guidance.

I went on to attend and graduate from the University of North Texas academically, leaving official sports behind in complete ignorance of my potential. During those college years I did compete in 7on7’s and intramural sports to keep active in some of the sports that I enjoyed leisurely, not once considering my potential, after all where would I start? I felt like NCSA would’ve played a vital role and great tool to have been equipped with to push me through those milestones.

As a college student, I became more confident and informed. I became active on campus by the way of Greek life. With purpose, commitment and discipline, I was able to be an asset to the community as well as the University through “culture for service and service for humanity”, all while acting as legal guardian to my younger brother. During my senior year, I started a journey into the Oil and Gas Industry, and through service I learned the legacy of land and minerals. Currently, within my journey in the insurance industry, I’ve learned legacy and service of Life and Health.

I recently joined NCSA Q2-2022 and I have found that the most rewarding part of working at NCSA is knowing that my company is truly committed to the service that it takes to make a difference in the lives of Student Athletes and their families by planning actionable steps to optimize recruiting potential and perhaps their legacy!
