I am from northern Illinois and grew up playing volleyball, basketball, and softball while going on to college to play volleyball at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. During my time as a collegiate athlete, I began to realize not only how much nutrition played a role in my performance, but decided to pursue a career in the field. I later graduated with my Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from Northern Illinois University, and received my Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology, Sports Nutrition from Florida State University. I have worked with a variety of athletes ranging from youth to professional to tactical, and also worked on campus at IMG Academy for 3.5 years. When I am not working with athletes, I enjoy spending time outdoors, going to sporting events, exploring new cities, and hanging out with my dog, Kaia.
