I started playing soccer at age 8 and instantly fell in love. I played a year of rec league and then played on a competitive travel team til Senior year of high school. My first year of high school I was on JV then sophomore year I started on Varsity and became captain my Junior and Senior year. Soccer gave me a way to express and challenge myself that I had never experienced before. I had joined NCSA sophomore year in hopes to get recruited but my plans down the road changed. I ended up moving to Maui Hawaii two days after I graduated high school, my plan wasn’t to stay long but I spent five years there. Just a little over a year ago I moved back to where I grew up, Northern California.
As my love for soccer still has a special place in my heart, I thought it would be great to take my experience with the sport and start helping others in their journey. That’s what peaked my interested and why I applied to work here at NCSA. Not only do I get to talk about something I am passionate about every day but to help families set up their children’s future.
As growing up as an athlete, that has carried on to my adult life. On my free time I enjoy being outdoors, whether that’s mountain biking, swimming, running, going to the gym or cycling. You can usually find me spending a lot of time with my family on the weekends as well.
