Although I never played sports at the college level, I played basketball in middle school, softball in high school and just about every other sport with the kids in my neighborhood growing up. Playing sports really helped shaped who I am today and instilled in me a competitive drive and team-first mentality.
I studied Psychology and English at the University of Illinois at Chicago and started my career in social services before eventually getting into Digital Marketing and SEO. I’m always looking for ways to make a difference and help others. When I learned about NCSA and their mission to help student-athletes pursue their dreams of playing college sports, I knew it would be a great fit. I really enjoy working with all the passionate, like-minded people here at NCSA. It is amazing to work for a company that is so dedicated to giving back.
Outside of NCSA, I am a singer-songwriter, a knowledge seeker, an adventure junkie, a poet, an animal lover, a foodie, and a wanderluster. I spend a lot of time attending concerts, watching true crime documentaries, and planning my next series of traveling adventures.
