I am proud to assist student-athletes and their families in the journey to play at the collegiate level. NCSA provides the opportunity to make a positive impact and inspire others to fulfill their dreams. I have a rich background in youth sports with five years of coaching girls and boys youth basketball from middle school through high school and two years of coaching boys youth soccer at the middle school level.

Teaching middle school physical education and health has been a significant part of my career, where I have focused on motor development and physical literacy, both passions of mine. My own experiences as a multi-sport high school athlete in soccer, basketball, baseball, and tennis, and undergoing multiple surgeries for shoulder and ankle injuries, fueled my interest in sports psychology, injury prevention, and stress management for student-athletes. This interest led me to become a certified Yoga instructor.

Growing up in Tucson, Arizona, I developed a love for spicy foods. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona, and currently reside in Boise, Idaho, aiming to earn my official local Spud status. Not only am I a triple threat on the court in recreational leagues, but I can also sing, dance and act. I’m a self-acclaimed 4.0 pickleball player as well.

Selecting the right college is about more than just athletics. It’s about finding a place where student-athletes can thrive academically, geographically, socially, and athletically. Developing a comprehensive game plan for this process is essential. The timing of when to get involved varies for each student, and one of the most rewarding aspects of my role is hearing the excitement in a student-athlete’s or parent’s voice when they are ready to commit to the process, transforming the dream of competing in college from an idea into an attainable goal.
