Jeanne Hendricks, Nutrition Coach

Towson University

Jeanne Hendricks RDN, CSSD is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Sports Dietitian based in Providence, Rhode Island. Her nutrition journey began as a Division I student-athlete at Towson University, where she experienced firsthand the transformative impact of nutrition on optimizing athletic performance and supporting overall well-being. This appreciation was further enhanced during her time as a health teacher in Carroll County, Maryland, and later as an assistant softball coach at West Chester University in Pennsylvania. Through these experiences, Jeanne identified her life’s passion for educating and empowering athletes to achieve their maximum potential through the power of nutrition.

Jeanne has dedicated the last decade of her career to providing athlete-centered nutrition education for high-school and collegiate athletes in individual and group settings. Jeanne is trained in motivational interviewing and is passionate about empowering athletes to optimize their health, wellness, and performance through science-based, realistic, and sustainable strategies.

Jeanne lives in Rhode Island with her husband, her two children, and their dog buddy. In her free time, you can find Jeanne being active outside or in the gym, playing co-ed softball with her husband, coaching third base for her daughter’s softball team, or on a sideline somewhere supporting her extremely active children. Jeanne also loves the beach, trying new recipes, and enjoying food with family and friends.
