Halley went on after school to work with soldiers at Fort Sill, OK where she expanded her knowledge of unique performances and how mental skills can aid in different settings.
In August of 2022, Halley became a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) through the Association of Applied Sport Psychology. Halley is currently working toward her Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology at the University of Kansas. At KU, she teaches Introduction to Psychology and is researching psychological barriers to help-seeking in athletic and military populations. She hopes to better understand how beliefs and attitudes can hinder or enhance help-seeking in those populations. Halley enjoys helping the athletes she works with maximize their strengths and reach new levels of passion and development using mental performance coaching.
