I am dedicated to getting student athletes and families where they want to be. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business with a Marketing Concentration from Lake Forest College, I understand the intricacies of athlete recruitment and how to effectively market student-athletes to college coaches.
Throughout my childhood going into high school I played volleyball and basketball but softball was always the sport I wanted to play in college. As I entered my college career, I was coming off of a labrum repair surgery but that didn’t hinder the fun I embarked on for 4 years of play.
My background as a athlete adds a unique perspective to my work. During my time at Lake Forest College, I was a member of the softball team, contributing to two Midwest Conference Championships and earning recognition as a First Team All-Conference player in my senior season. As a former captain, I know firsthand the dedication and commitment required to succeed both on and off the field.
Beyond my athletic achievements, Hailey’s involvement in extracurricular activities showcases her leadership and teamwork skills. I participated in Women’s Chorus on Scholarship for four years, was a Sophomore Leader communicating with the Board of Trustees, and served as an New Student Orientation Leader for five semesters, fostering connections and guiding new students through their college experience.
My passion for sports extends beyond her own athletic career. Outside of playing, I coached a few summers for my old travel organization as well as the High School Level. I played softball for 18 years and gained valuable experience through an internship with Athletes Unlimited, where I had the opportunity to catch for renowned athletes such as Kat Osterman, Aleshia Ocasio, and Samantha Show.
As a native of Northwest Indiana with aspirations of moving to Colorado, I understand the importance of finding the right fit for student-athletes and their families. My dedication to giving back to the sports community and bridging the gap between athletes and college coaches makes her an invaluable asset to the NCSA team. I am committed to opening doors and empowering student-athletes to achieve their goals both academically and athletically.
