I am from Russellville Alabama and attended Phil Campbell High School where I played football. After high school my playing days were over but I attended the University Of Alabama where I pursued a degree in Marketing and Management. The best part of college was making new friends and developing professional relations with amazing people from all over the United States and even other countries.
I have 4 sons that all played baseball and 3 also played football throughout high school. One went on to play drums in the marching band. I was able to coach them in baseball Little League and as they became older, I joined the booster clubs in baseball and football. This is where my love for helping student athletes was born. I was also able to make good friends with the high school coaches as well as some college coaches.
I worked building a couple of local companies but deep down, I was missing my involvement in sports and helping the students. I love most sports especially football, baseball, and fishing. My path would cross the opportunity to work with NCSA and as I researched I found that this would be the place for me. The most rewarding part was knowing I could make a difference in the lives of athletes and their families.
In my spare time, I love time with my family and traveling. Attending various sporting events, concerts, and fishing are a must too.
