Emily Wilkerson, Mental Performance Coach
Boston University
I graduated from Wheaton College (IL) with a degree in Applied Health Science. I went on to obtain my master’s degree in Counseling with a Sport Psychology concentration from Boston University. While in college, I discovered the sport of rowing and continued to pursue it after graduating, eventually competing on the United States National Team.
After retiring from elite rowing, I began working as a mental performance coach. In addition to helping clients through my private practice, I have collaborated with college and high school teams and a sport national governing body to bring mental performance coaching to their athletes. I am excited to get to work with athletes from around the world to help them build up their mental skills!
