I joined NCSA after 23 years of coaching college football. I’ve enjoyed being a Special Teams Coordinator and Running Backs coach at all levels of college football. I have also had the distinction of being a Recruiting Coordinator, Director of Player Personnel and Chief of Staff at the Division 1 level.
Throughout my coaching career, I was able to coach in 13 Bowl Games while winning 8 of them. At the Division 3 level I was able to coach in the NCAA Playoffs and make it to the regional finals. In addition I coach a Big 12 Player of the Year as well as a Ray Guy Award winner and numerous school record holders.
I went to high school in Shadyside, Ohio where I was a 3-sport athlete (Football, Basketball, and Track). I was a four year letterman in Track and Football as well as a 3 year letterman in Basketball.
I went to Emporia State University and played multiple positions. I started out as a punter then transitioned to a placekicker. My senior season we finished in the top 10 nationally. I earned a BS in Business with a Finance major and then went on to start my career as a football coach.
NCSA affords me the opportunity to do what I enjoy, and that is to work with families in the recruiting process so their child can go on to have a successful career in college and beyond.
I reside in Kentucky with my wife, 3 children, and our Goldendoodle.
