Soccer has always been an essential part of my life for 20+ years. I grew up playing competitively in Southern California. During that time I was able to be part of 4 National Cup Titles, 2 regional Championships and competing in the National Title Game. In High School, I was a 4-year Varsity starter and was able to captain the team for 2 years. During my high school career, I was able to bring home accolades such as 2-time league MVP, Pepsi Player of the Year, All CIF { 2002 & 2003 } and Conference Player of The Year as a sophomore and junior. I was fortunate enough to attend the University of Concordia which was the best fit for me at the time. During college, I began my coaching career and started to develop a passion for helping athletes maximize their potential. I was able to help turn the program around and win back to back league titles. The program received recognition and players who never thought about college, began to receive letters from coaches. It was then that I realized the impact coaches can truly have on an individuals growth. It was a great feeling knowing that Soccer has given me the opportunity to travel all over the world and helped create lifelong friendships.
The most rewarding part of working for NCSA is personally knowing what a student-athlete goes through. Growing up I didn’t have any help during the recruiting process. Had I not played for a club with lots of exposure, I don’t know what I would have done. NCSA find individuals who are truly passionate about helping others, but most importantly, giving you all the much-needed information about the recruiting process. My goal is to take my experience alongside with NCSA’s network and make the student-athletes recruiting journey exciting and enjoyable.
