I’m a strength and conditioning coach with a strong commitment to helping student-athletes achieve their full potential, both in sports and in life. I played both football and basketball in high school, and it was during those years that I realized my passion for working with athletes. Reflecting on my own journey, I often wish I’d had more guidance as a student-athlete, especially when it came to preparing for the next level of play. This has been a driving force behind my career.

After earning my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Sport Science, I stepped into collegiate strength and conditioning, working with athletes at the University of Pennsylvania and Temple University. Eventually, I took on the role of Director of Sports Performance at St. Joseph’s Preparatory School, where I focused on building well-rounded athletes and fostering their growth both on and off the field. I am pursuing my PhD in Sport Science where I look forward to diving into the world of research.

Currently, I’m with NCSA, where the most rewarding part of my role is making a tangible difference in the lives of student-athletes and their families. Knowing I play a part in helping young athletes become confident, resilient, and equipped for the future motivates me daily.

In my spare time, I coach professional, collegiate, and high school athletes, and I enjoy spending time with family and friends. My niece and nephew mean the world to me, and it’s amazing to watch them grow. I also love exploring the Philadelphia area’s sports, poker, comedy spots, and discovering new restaurants and coffee shops. I reside in the Philadelphia area and happy to be surrounded closely by my mom, dad, and brother.
