Born and raised in New Jersey, I grew up playing and watching sports. I have two siblings who also share the same passion for sports as I do. As a family, we played just about every sport that we could. My passion for sports started with my father, who always coached and supported me in any of the sports I was playing. The many sports I played growing up included soccer, baseball, basketball and hockey. My favorite sports to watch are football and hockey, with my favorite teams being the Miami Dolphins and the New York Rangers. When I got to high school the main sport I focused on was hockey and when I went to college, sports were still my number one priority.
I went to Rutgers University in New Brunswick, where I majored in sports management. Even though I did not play hockey in college, I kept playing in a men’s league to try and stay active. In addition, I met a lot of friends who share that same passion for sports as I do.
I always knew I wanted to work in sports and with NCSA I am able to do just that. I am honored to have the ability to talk with many families about the recruiting process and to help them through the process in any way I can. I also enjoy talking to families because I can relate to them and have the same passion for sports many kids have in high school and beyond.
